Coming from a classically trained musical background, he started in the film industry in 1998 at De Lane Lea studios in the heart of London's Soho district. From working as a maintenance engineer, he soon progressed through running projection to assistant mixing. During this time, and up until the present day, he has also tracklayed and mixed numerous short films for a wide variety of production companies and Directors. Within two years, he moved to join a team forming Future Post Production in 2000 where he became Technical Manager during the build of the studios, designing and specifying the studio installations. This role was interspersed with assistant mixing as and when needed. He began mixing full time in 2002 with the epic four part French TV series 'Napoleon' (starring Gérard Depardieu, Isabella Rossellini, Christian Clavier and John Malkovich). Since then he has gone on to mix in many languages to a variety of national tastes - English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Corsican, as well as American. Kath graduated from Surrey University in 2000 with a 'Tonmeister' degree in Music and Sound Recording. She joined Future Post in 2001, and spent her first 4 years as assistant mixer in studio 1, working alongside both in-house and freelance mixers from the UK, France, and the USA. During this time she began her own mixing career, working on numerous shorts and trailers. In 2005 she progressed to mixing long-form work, and she is now in demand as a feature mixer. Her recent credits include: Steven Riley's documentary feature 'Blue Blood', Eric Styles' thriller 'True True Lie', Rupert Murray's 'Unknown White Male' + Ashvin Kumar's 2005 Oscar-nominated short 'Little Terrorist', and follow up feature 'The Forest'. Outside of work Kath studies Spanish, plays Balkan trumpet, and also plays a little-known sport called 'korfball'.

Steve joined the company in 2003 and very quickly established himself as an assistant re-recording mixer, predominantly working with Richard Lewis. Since then he has worked on over 20 films including titles such as: Flawless, The Walker & Mistress of Spices. Steve also now mixes in his own right, to date having completed over 20 trailers, several short films, and most recently a feature film, 'The Boat People'.
Nick began assisting Ted Swanscott in studio 2 as an ADR and Foley Recordist in 2002. As a team they contributed to the soundtracks of over 100 films, television and computer games. He has worked with the likes of Jerry Bruckheimer, Bruce Beresford, Anthony Minghella, Sony Online Entertainment and Pixar on titles such as: Everquest II, Vincent, Corpse Bride, Bridget Jones Diary, Tristan and Isolde, El Camino De Los Ingleses, The Contract, The Mechanic, The Fountain and Eragon.

John began his career in our mix studios in 2004, when he assisted on his first feature film 'Churchill The Hollywood Years' with director Peter Richardson and mixers Kath Pollard and Peter Maxwell. Since then he has proved to be an invaluable source of technical knowledge and expertise in the studios. He now turns his hands and ears to mixing movie trailers, and has co-mixed several feature films including Oculto, Shadow Man and El Camino Del Los Ingleses. He recently picked up his 1st lead mixer credit on Paris Leonti's 'Daylight Robbery'.
